3-2-1A Senior Wrestler of the Year - 2001

               Dylan Campbell, of Oakley High School, was named the 3-1A Senior Wrestler of the Year. 

               Headlining his senior year, Campbell captured a regional and state title and was named to the Salina Journal All Area 1st team.  Other notable finishes his senior year include: 2nd at the Hoxie tournament, Outstanding Wrestler at the Colby tournament, and 1st at the Oberlin, Hays, and League tournaments.  He completed his senior year with an impressive 32-1 record.

               A 2-time state champion, at 112 lbs. his sophomore year and 145 lbs. his senior year, Campbell has accumulated an overall record of 103-23.

               Campbell plans to continue his wrestling career with Colby Community College.
