               Steve Gee has worked for WIBW-TV as a sports anchor and reporter for two years.  He does big time coverage on local television.  His road to this job began at UC San Diego where he graduated in 1987 with a B.A. in broadcasting.  He then took a job for KTMJ Fox 6 – Junction City as the “Do It All” and a sports director.

               Gee says, “No group of coaches and officials works better with the media than those associated with wrestling.  I appreciate the effort taken by local coaches to teach me some of the basics of the sport when I first moved to Kansas, and I appreciate the cooperation of all the coaches and wrestlers we come in contact with.  It makes coverage of the sport much easier.”
