6A Senior Wrestler of the Year - 2005

Goddard’s Tommy Edgmon was voted the 6A Senior of the Year by the 6A coaches after he became the first Goddard wrestler to ever win three consecutive state championships. He won one title in 5A and two in 6A.

Edgmon was also a Brute Adidas National Champion. His career record was a very impressive 109-13. He was named first team Chisholm Trail League in 2003 and first team AVCTL in 2004. In 2003, he was named 2003 CTL Outstanding Wrestler.

Edgmon’s talents also extended to the soccer field as he kicked the state championship winning goal for Goddard in 2002.

Edgmon is currently wrestling at Neosho County Community College.
