Oakley’s Levi Younkin was a four-time state finalist in the 321A ranks, and he won a gold medal three of those four years.

He went 31-0 as a senior, winning the Most Outstanding Wrestler Award at the Hoxie and Colby Dual tournaments. He was the champion at regionals, Hoxie, Oberlin, Hays, and league.

Younkin finished his career with a 123-6 record. He was second at 103 his freshman year, and won titles at 112, 125, and 135. He won four Outstanding Wrestler Awards and was named to the KWCA Senior Classic.

He also was an all-league football player and had a 3.8 GPA.

Younkin is currently attending Colby Community College, wrestling at 133 pounds and studying Pre-Physical Therapy.
