SENIOR CLASSIC 2005

 
Date: Thursday evening, March 24, 2005 7:00 P.M.
 
Location: Kansas Expocentre, One Expocentre Drive, Topeka, KS 66612
 
Who: Kansas Senior Wrestlers
 
Admission: $3.00 per person.  Kids wrestling in the USAW Kansas Kids State Championships tournament with an arm-stamp, certified coaches with a current USAW membership card and KWCA members receive free admission (enter thru the handicap entrance).
 
Format: Dual format. The two wrestlers who are competing in any particular weight will be assigned to Red or Blue team. We will wrestle three 2-minute periods with National Federation Folk style rules applicable.
 
USA Card: Each wrestler must have a current USA Wrestling card with them to participate. Cards will be available for purchase at the Kansas Expocentre for $30.00.
 
Meal: A post-match meal will be provided to the wrestlers and coaches selected for the event after the dual at no cost to the wrestler.
 
Lodging: Provided in Topeka, at no cost with host families. If you would rather stay in a hotel, we have several in the Topeka area: Capitol Plaza (785) 431-7200; Ramada Inn Downtown (785) 234-5400; Quality Inn (785) 273-6969; Holiday Inn West Holidome (785) 272-8040; Hampton Inn (785) 273-0003.
