East Kansas will practice at BVNW on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on March 8th from 6:30 to 8:00pm.

How many seniors normally go out and do freestyle and greco? I want to do it but I don't think I'd have anyone to work with cause I'm so **** fat.

Tom Budd will be one of the main coaches up there. I plan on helping out and when college is out the college boys will be up there. Klemm said he would be back 3-4 times and we plan on getting Akin to come by and do a clinic again plus some other OTC guys.
Wed 3/10 - we are working on Par Terre defense and the good old East Kansas trapped arm gut

Hey in addition to the practices at BVNW on Mon and Wed, the Medina bros. are also holding practice at Bishop Meige (the old high school building) on tues and thurs from 6:00-7:30. Get a full week of practice in.
