Dusty got beat out, bolay wasnt wrestling. dusty lost 1st round to scott elliot 5-0 then lost in back side to kolmer from emporia 5-1

hmmm I really don't kno much about there line-up anymore but I seen Houlden over thankgiving break and he didnt look near big enough to wrestle 145...I wonder if burns beat bolay out at 130

Goddard looked really good I think they had one senior in there line up at arkcity and that was dusty elliot.there weak at 103 112 there 119 pounder looked really good for a freashman think his name was moody.with more mat time he will be a good one. At 125 was caldwell and all i can say is WOW that kid is the real deal. i dont think they gave a outstanding wreastler award but he was buy far the top kid in the field. and i say that only beacuse of the wieght class trison graham from arkcity, ky corley, from stillwater,OK and though the score was 4-1 he domanated the corley kid.130 Burns looked very good at times he will be solid for goddard. 135 brent fisher this kid is very good nice add to there line up.140 mitch means wasnt even tested here domanated the wieght class.145 houlden wasnt really tested eather only 4 kids in the field.152
Bonewell did a very good job in his match with hentzen i think he will beat him buy the end of the year.Rojas of arkcity looked stroNG AS WELL GAVE BONEWELL ALL HE WANTED.160 BEARD WASNT EVEN TESTED THIS KID IS ALSO FOR REAL. alot of really good matches the best were caldwell vs corley and scott elliot vs walker clarke from stillwater a 2 time okla state champ. and the kansas boy kick some butt elliot 6-3 that was a big win for him id have to say and even at 189 hes a monster all in all it was a great tourny congrats to all the winners.

I thought sparks form emporia was a junior last year and if so, where was he?

TRISOM GRAHAM - who did he get in the semis and what was the score?

And, Cladwell and Beard - both are in 10th grade and both have never been beaten during their HS career? Is that correct?

Probably a combo of gentics and hard work i guess.

Actually they have both been very good since the begining...if you do a little research on their kids accomplishments you would know this...but even so they are some of the hardest working guys in the Goddard room. My senior year they would both come to school extra early in the morning with me and others to get an extra workout in. Then after practices they would go to the YMCA for another work out...and its all paid off

Just wonderin about the match at 130 with the AC and maize kid? Heard there might have been some home cookin with the injury time allowed and some back points that weren't given?

ark city kid- Kirk Godfrey, passed out during the first period of his match in the middle of a takedown by the Maize kid. Maize took Godfrey straight to his back before the ref. had time to realize that Godfrey had passed out. The refs did were fair when they made their call, they gave the maize kid his takedown, and after a quick injury time the two started again with Godfrey on bottom. The refs did not play favorite for the home team, Godfrey simplied passed out from a chock hold. Godfrey came back to win the finals match for 1st place.

How is your buddy TD doing in college?

He is likeing it up at NIU a lot from what he tells me. Last I heard from him he had the most pins on the team but is having trouble crackin the varsity line-up but should have a good chance next year as the guy ahead of him is a senior, hmm whatelse...he still gives me crap for not wrestling in college. o yea he is really digging the addition of coach Joe Williams who is working on fine tuning him for the future...look for TD in the future as a Top D1 wrestler
