I know there are a few out there...2 that come to mind:
Jon Arveson (Chapman) v. Pyle (Sabetha) at the Concordia Duals
Atticus Disney (Adover Central) v. Elijah Madison (Oak Park, MO)
What are some of the other potential matchups this week that could be super intriguing?

Jayden Bird Andover Central vs. Kolton Kono Oak Park at 215 is another potential good match at Baldwin.
Chris Holly Shawnee Heights before this weekend was undefeated and ranked No. 1 in 5A at 285. He should have a match against Duane Zlatnick of Rossville at the Shawnee County tournament.
At SM North it is always fun to watch Jed Mamie Aquinas go against Matt Baker of SM East. Mike Hammer Aquinas should meet up against Drew Robinson SM East.
At the Garden City tournament it will be interesting to see how 285 ends up with Josh Rodriguez of Emporia, Edgar Roman of Great Bend and K. Westmoreland of Derby contending.

Madison beat his main rival MU recruit Dom Bradley of Blue Springs 3-2 in overtime yesterday at the Winnetonka Invitational as reported by the Kansas City Star this morning.
Has Bradley been rated No. 1 in the U.S. this year?

That is the second time that Madison has beat Bradley. Bradley is ranked #1 by several ranking services. I believe Winn will wrestle 184 in college.

It could be possible to see another great match between Colt Roger from Smith Center and Collin Hase from Silver Lake.
That would be a great match to see and will be very anxious to see the outcome.

elijah madison is a junior now. last year he got 3rd in the missouri class 4 state tournament. it was very tough bracket and the match lost was very close(3-2 if my memory serves me right). hes currently ranked #2 in class 4 behind dom bradley of blue springs(bradley also holds the #1 ranking in the nation). however madison beat bradley as aforementioned in this post. madison was part of an oak park team that won state last year and they should do it again this year. he is having a very successful career.

Garden City is always a very tough tournament. This tournament involves teams from OK, TX, KS, and CO. Ponderosa has put a whippin on everyone there for the last 5 or 6 years. Could this finally be the end of their reign? If I remember right on Goddards schedule they are slated to dual Ponderosa thursday. Does that mean that the kids get the 2 pounds for growth and then one pound at friday mornings weigh in then another pound for friday nights weigh in?

by the way...you guys think disney can beat him? i think its gonna be a great match... If they both open up it will be a great matchup. I know they have great respect for each other and are class acts all the way. I think it could be a very highly anticipated matchup, as for do I think Disney can beat Madison...without a doubt...but, Madison can also beat Disney, it just depends on who sets the tempo, both like to throw, but if they get out of that and go for takedown attempts to the legs, then it could get interesting. I think it might be an overtime affair.

I know Lucas Vincent has the chance to wrestle Bradley this weekend at Osawatamie...he knows there is probably not a chance in H-E-Double hockey sticks he will ever beat him as a freshman, he is just looking forward to seeing him wrestle. I can't believe Blue Springs is coming to Osawatamie, not a good tournament on the MO side this weekend??
