Agreed! What is his record this year and how many of his wins have came by pin?

Is he and JR or a SR?

Buehler beat Somers 6-1 at Baldwin, and I think Somers beat Buehler at Eudora earlier in the year.

Jason is a Senior with a 31-0 record going into regionals, he has i believe 18 pins, 4 tech falls, and some forfeits.

Pyle needs to face the #1 ranked 5a guy as Pyle has pinned the #1 4a and the 5a guy has pinned the #1 6a guy.

Maybe a senior classic matchup?

Also we could take the guy that was #1 (Jon Arveson) and make him face 6a #1 Jordan Edison at the Sr. Classic in what I think would be a scrappy encounter for sure!

Pyle hasn't pinned nor has he even wrestled Hynick....

You have a point with Zlatnik, Racatte and maybe Pyle. The next in line for 112 is Furches. Ely and Caldwell are above Michealbrink and Brokelman. Without knowing any like-opponent history, I wouldn't change the 14 starters.

I think when they wrestled kids Furches and Hase beat each other depending on the match. I would like to see all 4 in a tourney. It would be fun to watch.

Definitely Zlatnik at 285. I have never seen a 285 like him before and I would put 145 Pyle up against anybody (up or down a weight) this year, he is the real deal.

Beware on the "up" weight. Tyler Koehn might be the best KS has.

I don't know about 152, I have a pretty good one already, but at 145 Jason is doing very well and defending a state title at the same weight from last year. As far as Hynick(sp) goes I have no idea what the post was about, Jason beat Averson who at the time was ranked #1 in 4a which is what I think the Swayze meant. I assume, and this is always a bad idea, that Hynick is 5a, and perhaps we will see that match-up in the East/West classic.
Jason will be wrestling in the Metro Classic for Kansas.
And I have never seen anyone "pile" him and it would be fun to watch any of these matches.

Good answer coach. I couldn't pass up the pile comment. I've never seen Jason wrestle, but saw that he only lost once last year. I'm sure he's right up there with Detmer and Hynick. Tyler Koehn (152) from Pittsburg is making quite a splash nationally and is piling up wins again this year. It is no slight on Jason for some to consider Koehn better than him. " Join the club" would be more appropriate.
