If someone knows the schedule for this regional please post it. Wondering when the quarters will start Friday and if the semis will be Friday night or Saturday Morning? Thanks!

Best I can give you...not trying to be rude or a jerk.
From the KSHSAA Wrestling Manual, page 22, that each AD and/or Head Coach has:
"Host sites may modify the time schedule once the total number of entries is determined. School team head coaches should be advised of any modifications of time schedule."
1-2-3A & 4A: Rd. 1 - 1st Round: Friday, 2pm Rd. 2 - Champ 1/4s: 5pm Rd. 3 - Cons. 1st Rd.: 6:30pm Rd. 4 - Cons. Cross Bracketing: 7:30pm
Rd. 5 - Champ. Semis: Saturday, 11am Rd. 6 - Cons. 1/4s: 1pm Rd. 7 - Cons. Semis: 3pm Rd. 8 - Cons. Finals: 5pm Rd. 9 - Champ Finals: 6:30pm
"When the number of schools or competitors drops to 13 or fewer, regional meet managers are encouraged to adjust the schedule in order to provide a balanced tournament schedule. Any modification of the time schedule should be announced during preliminary rounds."

Shane can read and slap the mat really hard. Definitely a force to be reckoned with. What time do the coaches need to have their work out gear on?

You still got that fanny pack you had at Herrington? I have an assistant that I am thinking of making him wear it if I can barrow it.

Still have it and offered it to the Augusta Assistants since Terry's there now, but the respectfully declined!
If Chrager1 is who I think it is, no amount of working out with help you get to the level I am ;-0
Good Luck at Regionals and State!!!
