Dang emporia got set up pretty well at the regionals,they had every advantage to win this tourny look at everyone else with byes and not them, they will be topped by at least 2 of these teams at state.
103 emporia guy vs 0-9 guy only first round match
112 emporia guy had match and other people had byes
119 emporia guy had match other byes in this one
140 number 2 seed with a 15-16 record
doesn't really count as a regional title to me.
I am sure all of those Byes and unseedable wrestlers were drawn in. If they won their regional, I would say they earned it! It helps to get lucky with the draws, but you still have to win it on the mat!
