Every year Kansas sends a few good men into the service to preserve our way of life. Bishop Price told me he was headed to the Army. Thank you Mr. Price. any others they desirve a mention.

I believe I read somewhere that Karl Oeser is going to wrestle next year at the Air Force Academy.

My son is a senior. He has not wrestled in a few years. It's a little tough on a wrestling coach to have a son that does not love the sport like I do, but it's not for everyone. I understand that. He sustained an injury as a freshman that scared him a bit, I think, and chose not to wrestle from that point on. BUT, he will head off to Marine Boot Camp on July 9th. There is a possibility that he could be accepted into Marine Corp ROTC, which would allow him to graduate from college as an officer. He will have an Intelligence MOS. I am very proud of him. This is a great thread.

To all that are heading into the military, ROTC or one of the Acadamies if you have any questions or would like firsthand info about the military please feel free to contact me. If I can't help you there are a lot of folks up here in the Leavenworth area that we can probably get you in touch with someone.

For those about to serve....I thank you and you will definately be in our thoughts and prayers. Wrestlers make great Soldiers, Seamen, Airman and Marines. The lessons you learned from wrestling will carry you far in your military career.

God speed and if you need anything please get in contact.

I believe Seth Sullivan is headed for the Marine Corps!
Asking for prayers for safety and health for all of our seniors who've chosen to serve, and prayers for safety and health for all of our enlisted heroes!

Anybody interested in the Coast Guard, send me a message and I can get you some information. I know everyone is from Kansas and their is no ocean around, but the Coast Guard is a good way to get out of the state and travel around the world. I have almost 4 years and its a badass job. I have sailed around the world, lived in cali, virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. Let me know.
