I don't have a list of who won it but will say a GIANT Kudoos to USAWKS for starting it. We have talked for years about how to get kids to want to wrestle all three styles and I think this is a great start. It was also a great award and one I know some of the kids are extremely proud of and wants to display as much as possible, (the jacket).

A big thanks to USAWKS. What an honor for a kid to be a triple crown winner in state and what a great way to increase the wrestling opportunities for year round wrestlers.

I too thought it was great, and Bo loved the jacket! The award winners as best as I can remember were. Romero Cotton, Trison Grisham, Nathan Furches, Sharky Styler, Cameron Leuopold, Bryce Hood, Austin Hood, Bo Pursel.

This is a FANTASTIC idea!!!!!!! Great job at implementing this award. I also think the choice of jackets for the kids was absolutely perfect! This is something they can wear everywhere. I thank you for not choosing another medal, trophy or something they can only keep in their house. The jacket is a perfect way for them to be able to show the rest of the world the level of success they have achieved. Keep the award and keep the prize.

It seems people can go on for days about things they don't like but this is one that I don't think words can express how well the USAWKS leadership did on this idea.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!! DON'T CHANGE, KEEP IT. WONDERFUL TRADITION TO START.

Special congrats to the inaugural winners of this event. Bo we are proud of you!

We had no idea these awards were going to be given at state, so you can imagine how surprised we were when our son was called down to the floor. I followed him down to see what was going on, hoping he wasn't in some kind of trouble. Needless to say he was pumped and felt much honored to be recognized for this accomplishment. A couple of weeks ago Camron said that he didn't know if he was going to wrestle this summer. After receiving the award on Sunday he said that he can't wait to try and repeat.

Does anyone know when the jackets will be in?
