You can call Connie Oldfeild, but you might want to hurry entry deadline is Monday Nov. 15. She might let you fax your information to her. I had to call her and then she sent me a flyer in the mail. Sorry I haven't check this sooner because I could have just scanned a copy and e-mailed it to you.
