We are changing our practice times and location. We will no longer practice at Xavier Elementary School Tues and Thurs.
We will now train on Thursdays only at Leavenworth High School's wrestling room 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
If you want to get a second workout—Head over to Lansing High's wrestling room for open gym 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Keep up the summer explosive strenght/power workouts at Leavenworth and Lansing High!
