I'm hearing it will be around the 17th for the Derby Club. Might call the director for the details.

FYI, Derby Wrestling Club will start our preseason practices Oct 17th. Practices will be Wednesday & Sunday from 6-7ish in the Derby High School wrestling room. Practice will be low in intensity; focusing on technique, fundamentals and early conditioning. In order to participate you must have a USA Wrestling Card. This may be obtained directly or through Denise Gash at practice.

Anyone remember when we encouraged kids to go to church on these nights? Come on Derby, no other time for practice besides two church nights during church time?

Big ol boys just aren't all that fast, and Yellow and Black is where it is at.
