Not a bad 6A dual team!

And Stokes was beaten by Slyter in 4A, but Slyter has been beaten twice by Callahan in 4A. I think he is just trying to get some conversation regarding how each would look had we put a dual team together for each class.

Stokes from 5A beat Deshazer. Stokes can't technically wrestle on the 6A dual team.

How do we determine the winner? This seems like a railroad job to me.

All of a sudden, just because of one loss to Wauer, he is better than Stokes? Kids get caught in bad position, and upsets happen. I'd still stick Stokes in that 5a lineup. Wauer is a great, tough wrestler, and an upstanding kid; I mean absolutely no disrespect, it was a huge win for him!

Those are probably pretty close numbers for duel results. I don't think it will matter who you put into the 112 class. This year, 5A appears to be the toughest. However, I believe we would all agree that 6A was the weakest last year. Too bad we can't watch them all at one site at a combined state tournament. Sorry, just a sore subject for me.

Interesting comment about Stokes. Yeah, going back and re-reading my post, I see now how that could look 'interesting.' Again, this is just speculation, and opinion; please do not take my comments as an affront to any wrestler's ability or character. These conversations are what make this forum fun (as long as they are taken with a grain of salt, and stay civil).

Wauer is a great, tough wrestler, and an upstanding kid; I mean absolutely no disrespect, it was a huge win for him! That's the beauty of rankings. Stokes will have his chance to climb back in it. Everyone that has seen him wrestle knows he can beat anyone on a given day.
