i personally hope that guy meets up with one of the wrestlers. i broke my hand this year and wrestling season got cut short. i wasnt upset with the person who broke it either, the guy just needs to let it go and move on.

The most ridiculous suggestion from that entire article (other than the obvious lack of an any type of appreciation for the greatest sport ever) is that he suggests that Oregon is some kind of basketball mecca. What??

What do you mean? The state of Oregon has a lot of basketball tradition.

Wow some one needs to tell him to grow some balls just Because he got hurt and sucked at wrestling. he doesn't have to ruin the sport for wrestlers in Oregon.

I believe he will be getting quite a few colorful responses from wrestling fans everywhere, since his email address is so conveniently posted at the end of the article. I know I will be dropping him a line. If it wasn't for wrestling, my 4 boys that suck at BB wouldn't have a winter activity!!!!

He had around 450 responses last night. A friend in Nebraska called me last night to see if I had seen it. He said Cael Sanderson also posted just after he did. I guess this guy has caught so much flak from the Wrestling Community that he has had to shut down his MYSPACE page. Good for him, I'm pretty sure he didn't expect this type of response.

Maybe, just maybe he wrote this story so people WILL complain. After all, if all he wrote about was Oregon dropping their wrestling program....people wouldn't be so upset that they would be spreading the link around and sending him emails. I agree that the article will make ANYONE, especially someone who loves wrestling, very very upset and mad. And they should be. I'm just playing the devil's advocate and wondering if maybe he thought the article would be funny or provocative enough to create a sensation. Anyway, it has. I am not interested in sending him a personal message but I am interested in knowing the AD's email address. I think we should start to send him some messages.
