I've had a couple of job openings announced in the past week. To check on these jobs, click on the "Job Board" on the menu bar at www.usawks.com. I will update the job board as any additional job openings are announced.

Mike, you can add a head coaching position at Andover High School to your list as well. Solid group of 8-10 Sophomores returning next year with very limited experience, but very coachable. A couple of Freshmen that look promising, and a few incoming freshmen that have experienced some success with little coaching at the middle school/youth level. Numbers are expected to be around the 25 for the whole team.
Contact Gary Merrit at Andover High (AD) or me and I'll forward on the information. wilburm@usd385.org

I am looking for a teaching and coaching position around the KC metro area. I am from SW Missouri and my wife and I are moving to the KC area for her work. I was an Assitant Wrestling Coach at Republic High School from 2001-2006. I left my poeition so I could go back to school full time and earn my teaching degree. I am certified in social studies and business. I also have a background in track and field and cross country. If you know of any openings please send me an email at running12@aol.com or DONNELL125@missouristate.edu

Can anyone update us on the jobs that have been filled? I notice Andover is not listed on the board and it appears Andale has been filled.

Pratt is still open. They will have great facilities and a great fan base. They return three state qualifiers and have qualified 18 in the past two seasons. Check out their posting on this site.

Native of Andale, and former Labette County and Newman wrestler Brad Lies has taken over the Andale High School job. He is now in the process of looking for assistants.
