We moved our son up to 67lbs. from 64lbs. for subs. He weighs in at practice at 62lbs. We were just wondering of any suggestions to help him gain some weight, without feeding him alot of sugar, fat, and chocolate. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

My suggestion ... don't try to gain weight! I had a kid try to intentionally gain weight, he became lethargic, and did not wrestle well!
