Alright guys i need a little help, i'm not too experienced at cutting weight so i was hoping to get some advice. It's Sunday now and i weigh 134, im trying to get to 127 by friday. any advice? thanks.

Well yeah i know that, i just don't know how much i should be hydrating and eating and all that.

eat healthy all week an ur weight will slowly go down

You have to eat at least 7 calories per # you weigh for your body to metablize. so you should intake at least 940 calories. foods high protein, high fiber, low carbs. there is a website for college wrestling that gives list of food. limit fluid the last day if nessary. add extra workout. no junk food.

mutilation? cut off an arm or leg, fingers, toes,ect. until your down to weight ; )

eat a bananna at the beginning and end of each day. and have 2 glasses of water a day. it will keep u energized and hydrated. thats what i do.

Why don't you get off this website looking for tips and go run a country mile? You are not cutting weight if you have to lose 7 pounds. All you need to do is get rid of a little water weight and not eat for a half day. Come on here when you need real tips like going form 145 to 125 and then you won't sound like such a baby.

Im gonna agree with Ricky Bobby seven pounds is nothing. It is not hard to cut that in a day.

I should have filled you guys in better, i weighed 142 last wednesday and was down to 134 sunday, weighed 130.5 today and it's wednesday. two more days to go and 3.5 pounds to get off i know that's not that much but it is after you've already dropped alot of weight

Something about this original post gave me concern when I saw it. I felt it was a from someone not involved in wrestling. I'm not sure if my gut is right or not but this whole thing doesn't make sense.
