Our club got a debit card last year during the off season. This has been very helpful for entering wrestlers on trackwrestling. Trackwrestling also gives us a record of who is entered & cost. This helps in keeping track of who owes the club what. My wife is our director & sometimes parents call our house at the last minute & have her enter thier wrestler in a tournament. She has to keep track of all this, & this debit card, trackwrestling system does it for her. The point is get a debit card for your wrestling club accounts & make your job as club director easier. With all the complaints I see on here about tournaments starting late this is something we can all do to help. When clubs show up for a tournament they will already be paid & ready to go. With the old system the director is taking checks from parents, coaches, other directors & has to sort this all out. I think using debit card & trackwrestling can help get kansas tournaments started earlier & make the club directors job easier. This will give the hosting clubs more time to get all the fires put out so the tournaments can start on time.

I agree...I just ordered one the other day for our club. I have had one for the Kansas Krusaders for a few years now...it works awesome.

our problem is that we have a two person signature account and the bank wont give us one because you don't have a way of signing two names. Any suggestions?

I am sure there is a way. Ask your bank what has to happen to get one. Every purchase is on paper so any one can prove where every penny went. Maybe you have to get both signatures to get one. You could also just get a credit card for the club only & pay it in full when you get statement.
