Ok this is just me being picky and I know rankings arent everything but I also dont understand why the #1 ranked kid at 160 is there when he placed lower then Royal at a different weight class and Royal is returing to the class in which he placed 3rd. Again im being picky but if I dont ask for them who will. God Bless.

Glad you asked. Reece came in to state with only 2 losses. He lost to Houlden and Lalo at State after having beat Lalo twice during the year, once at regionals.
He also beat:
Stultz Eck Fulbright - Twice, one by fall. Curtis - 11-6 Gaither - By fall.
Besides Anson Worrell and Sammy Sanders, who were Royals other two losses to?
No disrespect to Evon but in the end, I believe Reece is better. It would not surprise me to see Reece win 3 titles in a row.

That was previously planned and is no longer the case. He plans to wrestle at ON this season.

I am a BIG fan of Campus! They have a lot of good things going on right now. Murphy & Tetrault are good. They have a lot of fresh faces in the room that will make for great practice partners and bring some excitement. With Day, Burke, lil Rief etc... They have a lot of depth! Will that drive them to the top 5??? idk! After Miller Beasley & Harper are gone then who's going to be the stud core? I just wouldn't count chickens before they are hatched! JMO!

Chief,
O'Grady will be tough this year, but it won't be at 112. Probably more like 125.

I think you need to consider Jordan Ristau at 125. He got a broken bone last year before regionals and has a win over #4

Please explain why cody beasly is ranked 1 at 119 and he didnt even place last year and the year before was 6th, when dane norris won 112 beating ruiz and deshazer last year it makes no since Beasley beat Troy Clark, Blaine Smith (albeit controversial) and Zach Hoehn on his way to the 16/125 kids title last March. Additionally he beat Singular and lost in OT to Jeff Vesta at Newton. He has also placed two years in a row. That takes nothing away from the tournament that Dane had last year. It was an awesome run.
