Boaz Beard was wrestling at 115, but he has been losing to Mitch Arnold every tournament, so he dropped to 110. Now he probably will drop to 105, so he doesn't have to wrestle Cotton.

scott is wrestling 105 jr. high will most likely stay there for subs. last i heard bo is going at 110 we hope he isnt going 105. bo has been and continues to be a quality wrestler, we have wrestled him for many years. bo and his family have always been a class act,win or lose, i have never heard them speak ill of any one. why anyone (espicially an adult) would feel the need to publicly trash a 12 year old kid is beyond me.

Two years ago, Boaz lost a match in the state finals to the boy I was coaching. Bo was the clear favorite, and probably would have won the match 9 out of 10 times. It was a huge upset, and was the type of loss that clearly identifies the quality of the people involved.
Anyone can be a good sport when they win. It's almost as easy to be a good sport when losing a match in which you're clearly not on par with your opponent. The true test of quality comes in how you handle losing a match you know you should have won.
Despite their clear and obvious disappointment, Boaz and his father conducted themselves with the type of honor and dignity that we should all strive for. In that moment, that family earned my deep respect. I'm afraid I can't say the same thing about the anonymous person who felt the need to take unprovoked pot-shots at this young man.

I was just wondering it doesnt matter to me what what he wrestles he will kick my butt anyway. And has never shown me up just gets it over and tells me good job and moves on. I was just wondering why he hasnt grown or gained myuch weight. i jump 3-4 weight classes a year.

Excuse me.... no one is trying to "publicly trash" or take "pot-shots" at anyone!!!! That was not my intentions at all!! Every one that is watching these weight classes know that Boaz IS a quality wrestler, at whatever weight he wrestles in. I was under the impression that this forum was a place to express observations and opinions!!! Just like ***holes.....we all have one!!
