WEIGH-INS:
Friday, January 7st from 6:00 to 8:00 pm or Saturday, January 8th from 6:30 to 7:30 am, at the arena

If you wish to change weight after the deadline there will be a $20.00 fee to move.
You may only move to a different weight bracket if room is available in the bracket.

AWARDS:
Large Custom designed medals - 1st - 6th place in 16-man and 1st - 4th in all other brackets.

Also entries are starting to come in. Not many but starting to recieve alot of emails and have been in contact with hotels to check on the number of rooms booked.

Will 14 and under be wrestling on a full mat?

Last year I was able to put all the 10's 12's and 14's on full surfaces. It really all depends on the numbers but I believe that they will be on full surfaces. Especially the 14's.

Will you post your entries as the come in? It would be nice to know if the wrestlers would have several at their weight. It appears brackets were combined last year due to the tourney being new and having bad weather.

You will be able to see the matix on track wrestling. However some of them wont show up because I have teams that are just sending me the entries and the payments. Once both spreadsheets are merged in the track system, then it will merge and post the enties. But I cant until then. Sorry.
Plus you know that everyone waits until the last minute, especially with the busy holiday season.

Are coaches charged when they enter the tournament also?

I know from last year that she provided a wonderful hospitality room for the coaches and it was very good according to our coaches. They said they were glad to pay the fee to avoid the lines at the concession stands and having access to drinks all day.

Just checking my options for that weekend. The 8 dollar entry for the coach and 25 dollar entry for the wrestler means this tournment is more than twice as expensive as the tourney in Kansas on the same day.

Coaches with a valid USA coaches membership and proper certification will have free admissions. Must show valid Identification at admissions counter.

about how many entries did this tournament have last year total.

We had a little under 400 last year. This was the first year for the tournament however.

Coaches will also be required to get their bands to be admitted on the floor.

And yes MoMamma, I do provide hopitality for the coaches.

Looks like we will be able to wrestle all 8, 10, 12 and 14 on full surfaces.

Also we make all wrestlers weigh-in and nail and skin checks will be preformed.

If you are wrestling in a tournament on Sunday, please let us know if you need your weigh-in card for that tournament. You can pick it up the day of tournament.

Doors open at 6:30 wrestling begins at 9:00.

Entries are now online through track and are visible. Remember to check the participants in the left column as well. They will not be on the wrestlers list until after the deadlne I believe.
Numbers will still change as I have a couple of clubs that are signing up tomorrow.
