Yes, Haysville did give out trophies at the open and they were nice ones at that and medals to the novice. They got started about an hour and a half late though, both days!!!

Haysville has always given out nice awards at their tournaments.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. The results should be posted today or tomorrow. Yes we did award trophies to the top 4 placers at the open tourney and I would like to congratulate Derby on winning the team trophy that was also awarded. Congrats also to Lawonda Deshazer on winning the Airtran tickets that were raffled away, also. I hope everyone enjoyed the competition, there seemed to be some really stacked brackets sat. Special apologies to the 4 clubs whose entries were missed for the novice tourn., and a huge thank you to the other clubs who were patient and understanding enough to let us work those wrestlers back in. Thanks everyone for the great turnout and the wonderful competition. I wish you all a great season.

The trophies were very nice at Haysville and my little one couldn't wait to take it for show and tell Monday morning.

I would also say great job Haysville. I know things in the 12 and under and 14 and under room went great and I appreciate the hospitality. The trophies for the kids were great and the team trophy was also impressive. It was all worth it.
