AIR CAPITAL GYMNASTICS has a class that meets on sunday at 6pm for wrestlers, the class is geared on balance, flexability, and strength. They offer great coaches that are former wrestlers. The class is 35 dollars a month for a hour each sunday or 45 dollars a month for 1 hour and 30 mins. Will take all ages. They also have a facebook page and a web page where you can view photos of the gym. We have several wrestlers taking the class and would love to offer the class to other wrestlers.
