Hope you are able to have this tournament. Olathe East would be bringing some kids. Do have a question - if you hold this will you have a HS Division?

Hey guys:

I just confirmed that I have been able to obtain the Eudora High School Gym for Saturday the 9th. We will have the Eudora Cardinal Conflict II Scramble tournament if Ottawa can not have the tournament. THe school board will vote Thursday on my facilities request but it looks 99.9% as a go. However, we will not host the tournament if Ottawa can do the tournament. For everyone on this post, can you let me know if your teams will come to Eudora if Ottawa is a no go as I have a little time but need to plan the pulled pork sandwiches, medals etc.

Blue Valley is looking for a tourney this weekend so we would sign up for either but need to know ASAP.

Can someone please have Blevins or anyone that runs Ottawa call me. I don't want to screw up the plans for their tournament, but if we don't hear by Friday - we are going to go ahead and set up a place for the kids to come and compete.

Cool - Great news. Eudora will not hold an Open Tournament on that date as we don't want to compete with Ottawa. However, we would entertain a Dual Team Tournament if there is any interest. I will start a new thread on it.
