We were sitting right next to the Central folks last night and they had not received any word by the time we left.
Thanks to my friend Richard S for worrying more about the injured athlete than if the call was correct.

We saw the 106er from Ellsworth lose to Norton. I think that was the biggest we had in Hays. Although, aren't they all upsets?

If I have a record of 5 wins and 30 losses and I a wrestling an undefeated state champ . . . and I bet this FORMER undefeated state champ by a score of 9-1. That would be an 'upset' in the way I was using the word. No one expected me to win, but I did anyway. ALA - Mike Tyson vs. Buster Douglas Yes, after a match . . . somebody is always going to be upset EMOTIONALLY. What I as talking about had more to do with the laws of probability and statistics.

Yeah, around here you don't want to ask "Is anyone upset?"

OK. Thanks. Let me rephrase. Can the injured wrestler recover and proceed to the semifinals--and is Dulgarian out of the tournament? KC Star says Dulgarian continues---plus Dulgarian shows on the back side!

Under new concussion guidelines, a kids out at least a week at best. So no way he goes on. His opponent gets forfeit and loser Dulgarian is in the consolations.
