This is a special group of young men that wrestled together in the STA Kids' Federation Program. They all went their seperate ways in high school but represented the state of Kansas in their Senior year not only on the mat, but in the classroom. Great job to all of you.

Congratulations to all these young men for all of their accomplishments as student athletes. You have established the foundation for continued success going forward in your academic and future career paths. Good luck to you in your future endeavors.

The STA club has long been a very special organization and wrestling community. These young men join their predecessors who also have an outstanding record of success both on the mat and in the classroom. Many of their predecessors have gone on to academic success both in college and post graduate work. Some are also now at the early stages of successful professional careers. The hard work of the student athletes is the primary reason for this success. The support and guidance of their parents has also been vital to their success.

I think all of us who have been involved in the STA wrestling community also are very appreciative of the developmental role for our young kids that the club and its leaders (Joe Cisper, Sean McCarthy, Sharon Henes and all the other volunteer assistant coaches & other volunteers over the years) played in their important early years. Truly we are very appreciative of all the time, teaching and great example that they provided for our children. Special thanks to all of the STA club community for all the special things you did for our kids.

It is one special youth wrestling club in Kansas and I know there are many more clubs in Kansas. All of you are doing special things for our youth wrestlers. We do appreciate your efforts for our children.
