What is the qualifying criteria for Fargo? What is the cost? When does it need to be paid?

TOP 3 IN EVERY WEIGHT CLASS ARE AUTOMATIC QUALIFIERS. WE ARE LIMITED TO 51 CADETS AND 45 JUNIORS PLUS ANY WRESTLERS WHO PLACE IN THE TOP FOUR OF ANY REGIONAL. IF WE DON’T FILL ALL THREE SPOTS FOR EACH WEIGHT WE CAN ADD A FOURTH TO ANY WEIGHT CLASS BUT NOT MORE THAN FOUR FROM ANY STATE UNLESS THERE ARE AUTOMATIC QUALIFIERS. FOR EXAMPLE: KS CAN HAVE FIVE CADET 152 WRESTLERS AS IT STANDS RIGHT NOW.
