Who is the best 105 pounder from 12 and under?

Skip Vantrece is a good strong wrestler. I have not yet wrestled him but i saw him loose to R.J Nill in overtime. Cody Sherwood i think is not doing that good so far this year. He looks as if he has gotten worse. Scott Elliot i have not yet seen wrestle but i have heard he is very tough and that he is wrestling for middle school till subs. Jake Tanenbaum has placed first at almost every tournament exept from Salina he took 3rd and Tulsa he did not place. Tanner Kriss i have heard is o.k but i have not seen him do good yet. Ryan Patterson i think has improoved much from last year he placed first at salina at 100 and 3rd at Tulsa Nationals i think he is going to be a tough wreslter to beat. I don't know anything about Travis Budke. And Blake Mayes is an o.k wrestler he has dropped down to 105 from 110. He talks alot of trash for a guy who isnt that good. If you wreslte smart and don't make stupid mistakes vs. him you will win.

According to Tulsa national results Patterson took 6th at 100 Elliott took 2nd at 105

Derek Heckel from the southwest grapplers will be at 12 and under 105 and i say he is the best pick for that bracket when state comes around.

I have never heard of Heckel. But i know for sure that Ryan Patterson did not take 6th he took 3rd at Tulsa beating Justin Ratliff.

Cody Sherwood is not that great! He got pinned by a kid from Beloit who hasnt made it past sub-districts. I really thought he was better than that. So dont expect much out of him this year.

Cody Sherwood is still a good wrestler. He may be having a bit of a struggle in his first year at 12 and under, but I dont see why you feel the need to talk trash about him. I look at this fourm on a regular basis and dont recall anyone saying how Great! he was.

italked to ryan patterson at salina this weekend. he did place 6th at tulsa this year. healso beat tanner kriss 5-2 at salina. i know derek heckel and he is a stud,and in my opinion one of the best at that weight class.

what weight is Heckel at? I haven't seen him this year yet. What tournaments has he gone to?

Vantrece will be the one to watch out for in the 105 weight class.The salina tournament at 100 was won by Ryan Patterson who has wrestled great this year,then Philip Henes took 2nd,Fulbrite took 3rd,Zach Smith got 4th

Cody Sherwood pleaseee. Lets move on from him.... Heckle is a good wrestler placed fourth at 96 lbs 12 and under last year dropped down from 100 and struggled some.I thought Elliot was at 110? Patterson has improved since last year maybe wrestling for the brawlers has something to do with that? As for Blake Mayes bet he doesnt place at state!

I'm surprised no 1 has voted for patterson. He is a god strong wrestler he got 6th at Tulsa, 1st at Salina and 1st at Liberty Nationals. Skip Vantreece i don't beleive placed at Liberty. And Jake Tanenbaum took 3rd at 100.

Ryan Brown from Liberal will either be at 100 or 105. He will be a top 4 finisher at state. He is wrestling Jr.High now. You will see him in Wichita.

I took 3rd at Salina. Kinda slipped up one match and wrestled stupid but then i came back pretty strong.
