Practice has been cancelled on 10-16-16 due to most of the Krusaders competing in Iowa. We will try to have practice on 10-23-16 from 1:00 till 4:00 pm at the Blue Knights Training Facility. 11201 w. 31st south Wichita,Ks. 67215. You have to have a new USAWKS card and have to pay for pre season cost which is 35.00 For the girls that have been her before I have attained some new equipment to build more muscle and speed. The crusaders had some good success at body bar and fargo last year lets get even more this year.
