Have to get a take down either way. Why not give yourself 2 minutes to set up the shot you want, maybe pull a stall call while the other guy runs? No point in going down, wasting a minute and a half fighting to get up and then have to take desperation shots why the other guy backs away and redirects your shot attempts and you finish with a 4-3 match.
