when you say 12 grade is that incoming seniors or seniors from 2018-19?
can we have more than one per weight as alternates?

Seniors Class of 2019 can wrestle.

And yes, each team can have alternates, each team can have up to 20 wrestlers and move their lineup around throughout the weekend as they choose.
