How about John Truman of WWC? He'll be a freshman next year and he might have enough to be a 4 timer in high school. Trust me the kids good.

He's good, but a 4 timer? I'll take the under.

He could definitely have a chance of being a 4-timer. It all will just depend on his dedication and work ethic in high school. Once you get to the next level, it really doesn't matter much what you did in kids.

Johnatan has a tremendous work ethic. He is one of the nicest young men I've ever been around, but knows how to turn it on in practice and in competition. He has many interest including football and track. I think he will acomplish whatever he sets his sights on.

Yes,Truman is good! He beat Rhett at Salina and we hope he's at Maize so we can give him a try again. Seems like a nice young man as well!
He has chance to be a 4 timer, but it's a little early to say.
Thanks for the good conversation about a very good wrestler!

I watched Truman at Park City and he wrestled pretty good. He could be a four-timer if he wrestled in the right high-school. Like 1a-2a.etc. If he wrestled at 6a or 5a I would think he'd be a placer but not a champion for there are some amazing wrestlers at the weights he is and around.

Injury, sickness, a bad call, the pressure of expectation, I don't care how nice a kid is or how good of a wrestler he is, alot can happen in four years. Instead of speculating, lets wait and congratulate him when he finishes his career whatever the outcome.

To treinen, Do not know the young man that is being discussed here but to say the wrestling is any easier in 3-2-1A is nuts. We could talk about how a few years back Hoxie kicked everyone or how Norton is doing it now. We will never know what class is the weakest and it may change from year to year. In fact it has been discussed on other threads and the concensus was 5A the weakest. I am not saying that is true just reporting. Great wrestlers in all classes and to be a 4-timer anywhere at anytime is something special.

I'd have to say your right Big Daddy, I didn't think about the future but rather the present. There should be wrestlers that are amazing at any class.

To even think 5A is the weakest...that's crazy.
