I noticed some regionals released the coach of the year and wrestler of the year at the regional, and some didn't. I always thought that was announced at the site.

Did anyone ever hear the Winners of OW and COY at the 321a Russell Regional?

I noticed some regionals released the coach of the year and wrestler of the year at the regional, and some didn't. I always thought that was announced at the site. If I remember correctly, KSHSAA doesn't recognize these awards and it is totally up to the regional host if they are presented.
