Whhhhhhhyyyyyy do we not move matches ? 2 mats have been done for over an hour, and yet we are still here wrestling on the same mat. There isn’t any reason to have empty mats sitting there. Some of us have a long drive home and have been sitting in gyms for 14 hours the last 2 days. I love wrestling, but this could have been handled much better. Very disappointed and frustrated.

That is my fault!! Moved some and looked at the rest and felt it would put to much a rush on some of the matches.

This practice can also lead to a problem with an absence of adequate recovery time between matches... We had some brackets that were much bigger than all of the others. Enjoy the competition and remember it is always more complicated than you think.

We moved this event to the center of the state so that no one would have a really long drive home. That will happen to all of you this weekend when you sit in the stands for two and half days! Then you will watch an hour or more of ceremony before the medal matches. After that you could have a 7 hour drive home!
