I'm from De Soto Kansas and i think there are a couple of wrestlers who need to be known.

Adam Faircloth, leif Goleman, Neil Eirsman and my self

Last season Adam won Kaw Valley league at 103, but didn't make it to state because of some of the competition. Leif also was very succesful. and Neil is a freshman this year, before he entered his freshman year he was 7th in the nation, i think needs some attention fro this year. I didn't make it to regionals because of injury but looking to place this year and hopefuly make it to that state tourney. I just think that these individuals need to be recongized for there hard work last season and be ready for this season.

Your wrong. There's more to this sport than placing in state.

Your point is what?
If you wanna get reconized do something about it so you will get reconized instead of complaining about it!

I agree there's more to wrestling than placing at state. I'd put some JV wrestlers from strong teams/weights up against varsity guys from weaker teams/weights and bet on them to win. Traditionally and repeatedly good teams have second string guys that can't make varsity, but are better than the best at other schools. I know most teams juggle kids around in the weights to get the "best" kids on the mat...but I've seen more than one awesome wrestler show up as a junior or senior as an unknown...just because he couldn't make varsity at home.

I just think that people need to quit complaning and put up or shut up. Do all your talking on the mat.
