Check out this site. It's the most interesting collection of wrestling stuff I've ever seen.

http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/Sideline/9563/

I recommend checking out the "60 collectible galleries" link. There's a lot of neat old pictures and drawings, old banners, medals, etc. Pretty interesting stuff.

They also have a ton of pictures of traditional wrestling styles from different countries.

It appears this site has some sort of limit as to how much can be transferred over a certain period of time because it is hosted on geocities.

Anyways, bookmark it and check it out later. It is awesome.

Parker: I know this is a little out of the class that you guys wrestle in over there in Colo., but wondered if you could tell me if Brian Hendricks, the 15 year old freshman from Burlington at 189, was successful at going 40=0 and winning state? His coach is an old Goodland wrestler and the first Ks. 4 timer, Doug Duell.
I know that Brian was one of the most impressive freshman wrestlers seen around here for a long time, as he wrestled at the Goodland tourney and just demolished everyone! Also see that he is the only freshman rated nationally by USA wrestling magazine at 189. Did he win?

He finished 3rd at 40-1 on the season. To be honest I don't believe I've heard of him on except on this site, but he must be tough for a freshman. Burlington is in a different division and Ponderosa has never even come up against them at a tournament as far back as I can remember.
