This forum has gotten boring lately so I going to make this topic to stir up some conversation.
If Kansas had a Grand State:

103- Conner Crumbliss-Arkansas City
112- Garrett Harding-Winfield
119- Tanner Gardner-Shawnee Heights
125- James Annon-Norton
130- Earl Jones-Coffeyville
135- Lukas Zouzas-Salina South
140- Stewart Bogart- Shawnee Mission South
145- Eric Luedke-Colby
152- Ross Taplin-Abilene
160- Thomas Rhodes-Wichita East
171- Kurtis Baylor-Columbus
189- Ty Richardson-Arkansas City
215- Jordan Bedore-Goodland
275- Adam Venegas-Olathe North

I agree with Annon, but I think baylor over payne was a fluke and Luedke would have trouble with whoever wins 321a state. Especially Johnson at full steam, like he was last year.

Yeah, mad props to Hemmerling. Chris Jennings could prolly beat him in arm wrestling, though.

jones has some tough competition... i think that Wilderman has a chance, he beat Bowman, who tool jones to the 3rd round and lost by a point, it would be a match worth going to, i think that they both have an equal shot at it

Yeah, Wilderman has been very impressive this year so far.I also think he has chance to beat Jones, but until he does I think Jones is a better wrestler.

Wilderman Who!!! What has he done to make everyone think hes so good. He will not even have a chance with Jones. He didn't even make first team on the Kansas National Freestyle Greco team. He has been beat to many time in the past and has done nothing at state. SO quite talking him up until he proves hime self at state.

That is funny fan of wrestling. There are zero Hoxie kids on your ranking. That doesnt make much since. Grand State is a good thing though. I agree with you on that.

although wilderman hasnt done much at state, he DID go 3 rounds with Bowman and BEAT him, i think he does have a chance at jones if he would ever wrestle him

OnTop_85,
Actually Wilderman did not wrestle Greco over the the summer but he did make first team in Freestlye and competed in the National Duals! He didn't get to wrestle in Fargo because he got sick. If you have ever wrestled Wilderman you would change your tune because he always wrestles hard and physical. He has beat many of the top wrestlers in the state. He may not beat Earl but he will for sure know that he was in a wrestling match when it is over! The will wrestle twice between now and Saturday.

Actually I think the idea that Payne losing to Graham was a flook is sort of funny. I saw that match too and the one last year and Graham just wore him down and got after him at the end both years. Hey when they do it once it might be flooky but twice is the real deal and it was really pretty impressive at the end. Both of them could end up getting beat at State though. Pretty tough weight class all around I think. It was really tough at that tourney.

If you put Wilderman from Pitt in there I guess you need to put Cook from Topeka Highland also. After all, that is who beat him this week.

Spillman from Hoxie beat Annon and Annon has beat Spillman, but 9 out of 10 times Spillman will win. So Spillman at 125. I also think Gilliland from Hoxie can make a run at 130, 2x state champ going for 3rd this year and possibly a 4peat next year in 321A wrestling.

kyle_dub, I would like to know how you think spillman will beat annon 9 out of 10 times, if you have seen either of the two matches you should be able to tell they are about even... obviously you are bias to hoxie, since you think gillian can beat jones, the last time gilliand had that good of a wrestler i believe he lost to hoover...
