Just thought I would let all you fat wrestlers know that KSHSAA announced that certification will be no later than Dec 21, so that is when you will start getting your two pounds (instead of Jan. 15).
My wrestlers took that as good news on how much they could eat over Christmas.

This makes perfect sense to me and is a great move by the KSHSAA in my opinion.
