if wichita west stays in 5A knox in the state finals if he stays at 119 and deshazer at 112 will win state again.

Shawnee Heights Should be tough in 5a, they have Hoffman at 215 or Heavy, but either way it should be a breeze for him. Also, Malloy is a beast and should make a lot of noise in whatever weight he goes at. He got a lot stronger over the summer, so I envision him being a finalist at 189 this year. Also, Reedy is a solid middle weight guy, who should get a medal, except he tends to screw up when it counts. Maybe, being a senior, he will be able to get past all of that.

I think there will be several tough teams in 5A this year. Ark City is always tough, Turner, Bishop Carroll and Salina South all had good teams last year and were young. None of them graduated many of their wrestlers. I think those teams will all be very solid this year. Those are my picks for the top 4 spots right now.

You might want to rethink the Malloy statement. Because last time i talked to him he was getting back down to 171 nad If he does there shouldnt be anyone to stop him.

My 5A prediction? I predict that the KSHSAA will realize what a farce the entire classification is, and it will be completely eliminated. Ark City, Salina South, Bishop Carrol and Blake Malloy will be redistributed among the other 3 classifications, where they will duke it out amongst the big boys.

And no one can stop Malloy at 171??? Need I mention both Bigkneepads#2 (who will undoubtedly unseat Payne for the varsity spot at Paola this year)??? You, sir, have lost your mind.

I have no problem at all with being insulted...I fear that this fellow may be upset because he is from Wyandotte. And Wyandotte is in....(drumroll, please).....5a!!!! Hooray!!!!

What is most sad about this post is that I fear our 5A friend censored both my name and the insult so as not to be oppressed. I would rather someone speak their mind and insult me than be forced to live in fear.

Shawnee Heights will not be as good as some say we they are. Hoffman is out for most of the season with a shoulder injury, and Reedy, i don't think that he has the confidence yet to be the winner that he can be. His only losses last year were by 1 point except for one loss by 2. Other than them and Malloy. Heights is starting 4-5 freshman and two big guys with little varsity experience.

I thought you were joking around although, like I said it was not funny and you are a moron. I was joking when I wrote that. I was not censoring your name, my comments, or living in fear of your intellect. I was using a variation of your vernacular. I now feel that you weren't joking and you have an ignorant perception of 5A wrestling or an over-inflated opinion of 6A. When I wrestled in high school I looked forward to wrestling the "big boys". They were usually over-rated. My first year in college I wrestled a two-time 6A state champ and dominated him. I didn't place at 5A. I think the best class in Kansas wrestling varies from year to year. I think if we still had Grand State 5A would have done very well the last couple of years. I guess until that happens 5A wrestlers and their supporters will have to be oppressed by some pseudointellectual everytime they ask the question Who is good is 5A.

My friend, I can see that you were hurt by my previous postings about 5A, and I apologize. When I stated that I'd rather you name me than live in fear, I was making a reference to you living in fear of the Oppressors, not me. For you see, I am a weakling who could muster no more than an 18-18 record this past season. The thought that I could do much harm, even to a person from 5A, is quite amusing.

Yes, 5A has some great teams. Ark City dynasty, Bo Maynes, etc. My junior year Bishop Carrol was the best team in the state by about 5 million points. I was simply making a few more of my patented super-hilarious posts. Typically, when one includes a Graemlin such as , it means the poster is being facetious. Apparently that was lost on you.

Regardless of whether or not 5A is capable of producing good wrestlers (which I assure you, it is), I think this thread has proven that the class is entirely incapable of producing someone with a sense of humor. If I am wrong, someone from 5A is more than welcome to join in with witty banter of their own.

I have no hard feelings toward you or your alter-ego wrstler07. I disagree with you on another point though. I have a sense of humor. I even think your funny sometimes. You questioned my sentence structures in some of your posts. I learned to write in "The Hat" while, attending K-State.
