Dugan beat Cisper and Seiler beat Hemmerling, just thought I'd point that out.

TJ Staab from Plainville finished 35-0 at 215. I would have to put him right up there as the best.

Kreigbaum only beat DeVoe 4-2 in the final. Harding from Winfield pinned DeVoe this year and beat the 6A champion. Drennan just beat Pyle and has to be considered the best. Seiler from Bishop Carroll has been dominant this year and beat Hemmerling.

Actually Kriegbaum/Devoe was 6-4. Jake had the flu just prior to state and is still not feeling well. He was definately not wrestling at 100% health wise, felt very weak.

I think that one of the best wrstlers at 135 is Justin Stirling from Spring Hill Kansas he has qualified for the state tournament the past three years. He is one of the hardest working wrestlers out there and he doesn't throw a tempor tantrum when he looses. he does get made but he thinks about whathe did wrong and does better in t next match. Way to go Justin on a great year!!!!!!!!!!!! Josh Stirling is one of the best wrestlers at 145!!! He took Second last year at state and 3rd this year at state in 4a he took loosing that one match that would have made him in the finls pretty well. he came back and tore it up or third place. it was his last tournament with the Sring Hill Broncos and he ended the season with a win!!!!!!! He i traveling to the Senior Nationals to wrestle and I have a feeling he will do great. I even heard that he might be westling in e Metro Classic!!!!!!

Sorry Justin only qualified the past 2 years and Josh qualified the past 3 years. My mistake. it won't happen again.

I think that Matt Dukes deserves to wrestle at the metro classic. And he is one of the best wrestlers at the 145 lbs weight bracket i would like to see him and Jared Vogel wrestle that would be a good match. And for Dukes and stirling Dukes would win.
Justin

I've seen both wrestle and Drennan could take Johnson From Norton, so could Pyle. Tj Staab is the best 215.

Pyle and Dremmen would beat Johnson, I've watched all three. Look at common opponets and you may have a change in your opinion.

Eric Arveson of Chapman finished the year 3d at 4A State with a record of 32-6, 3 losses to state champions. He lost by fall to Drennan in the 3d (12-5 before fall), lost to Cisper 15-4, and to Johnson 8-2 (0-1 into 3d). To say that Johnson is unbeatable is extremely doubtful. After watching all these matches I'd give the nod to Cisper, but understand that anything could happen on any given day. Remember also that Dugan beat Cisper by 1 and I'd never count out Pyle. Every wrestler has strengths and weaknesses, it's a matter of taking advantage of both. Ray Arveson - Eric's father.

Dugan did beat Cisper, but from what I was told it was a 1 pt. match that could have gone either way. I would love to see them match up again to see if Dugan can do it again. Watching Dugan pin everyone he wrestled this year except 5-6 guys was pretty impressive. I would also have to put in my two cents for Seiler at 215, he beat Hemmerling from Hutch in the Newton finals after practicing for a week after breaking his leg (that's gotta say something). Seiler's last loss was in the state finals last year by two points to Josh Lattimer (big time stud!!). I would also have to defend Vogel as being the best at 145. I know there is debate between all of these, just my opinion (you might guess that I'm a Carroll follower).

Dukes will be wrestling in the metro classic, he is wrestling 145 or 152, the man in charge left it up to him and said if he wrestled 145 stirling wouldn't go and if he wrestled 152 he would consider stirling. But next year I think I think Wiscombe will rule
