More like who will get 2nd. Strait has to be the obvious favorite.

I don't think Petrosky can win 4a state, or even come close... if i remember right, he's lost to the kid from prairie view at least once, and i actually think it was twice. I haven't seen strait wrestle, but from what i hear, he's REALLY tough.

I think there are several contenders. The obivous being Strait. I read somewhere that Petrosky was @ 215?? I think Pingleton from Mill Valley will place, he is 33-0 and has defeated Phillip Lyons and a host of other good wrestlers. I also think Weishire ( spelling ) has a good chance of placing.

The reason you saw Petrosky at 215 is because there are two of them, one wrestles 189 and the other 215.
Oh snap.

I can't believe I am not picking Strait but I have to pick Pingleton from Mill Valley.

weishaars got a legitimate shot as he has beaten #1 seeded Perry from 6A and #2 seeded Washington from 6A..........the regional final between weishaar and Pingleton should be a great match as both are dominating.....

The 189 Petrosky is decent but not as good as younger brother at 215

I think Weishaar would match up better with Strait than with Pingelton. Weishaar is a strong tough kid but Pingelton is a lot quicker and superior on takedowns. I think Weishaar would have to catch him in a headlock to win. Do Weishaar and Strait each just have the 1 loss?

I'm not sure about strait, but weishaar is like 33-1, give or take 1 on the wins column i'm pretty sure, only loss came in a tough, close match against phillip lyons

Jake Strait is going to win this year. Earlier in the year, he had a severe cold, which was why alot of his matches were closer than they should of been, and he didn't even wrestle some duels unless the score was too close for comfort. I think he still had the cold when he lost to Scott in the Beloit tournament. (i think it was beloit)
