SUN CHIPS!!!!!! Harvest Cheddar reigns supreme, but Original and French Onion (or whatever the other one is) also are fire. And speaking of fire, how about some crab "rangoons".
Get out my space!

not me personally but we had a guy on our team my soph. year that would have his mom wake up early and make him two cheeseburgers the morning of weigh-ins. when i say cheeseburgers, i mean these were the largest cheeseburgers i had ever seen, his mom would make them on the george foreman and they were amazing.

I agree w/ takemedown spangles is the best. but if not available them peanutbutter and honey sandwiches work just fine. topped off with 4 pounds of gatorade.

UM true bk breakfasts are teh best. But rihgt after weigh-ins nothin beats a Mt. Dew. Just a can thoguh becaseu a bottle makes you feel like crap. Villige in skillets after weigh -ins aresibly the best but are kinda expensive for an every weigh in food.

id have to say, early in the morning, a warm BK Crossanwich, or some Bannana nut bread, or an egg sandwich, or anything nice and worm. especially on our freezin A$$ busses.
P.S. does anybody elses bus drivers not turn the heater on? Or do we just have horible bus drivers?

i'd have to say Biscuts and Gravy with this fruit stuff our booster club makes, poptarts on the way to the meet and a big bag of starbursts with some gatorade.. and at least 2 oranges. granola bars are good too, and vanilla pudding. its also nice to have some of everything from little debbie... and these cinnamon muffins 1 of our wrestlers mom makes. cheese-nips and sunflower seeds are optional, and cookies are good. sandwich meat is a good option too, and strawberry jello and life-saver fusions. thats about it..
