Emporia is on a Saturday. I'm guessing the 4/3a regionals will start around 2pm on Friday.

Im pretty sure that they all have to be the same by state ruling...which is 2pm on friday and 11am on sat. At least thats what ours is.

That time is correct for 1-2-3A & 4a Regionals. Times for 5&6A (1-day tourneys) are different.
They are established by KSHSAA and can be found in the Wrestling Manuels that are sent to all ADs/Head Coaches...
KSHSAA web site did have this though:

2:00 - First Round
Time determined by previous round - Championship Quarterfinals

Good thing I have Cat Scan early in the day on Friday I may get to make it to Concordia with time to spare to see great action on Friday.
