Yeah i think that with the gains that the pittsburg team is making they should do pretty decent at the chanute tournament. They have really transformed over the year from being an average team to a very talented team. You know having Derek, Tyler, Bauer, Wise, at weight, has really helped the team do better in tournaments and duals.

I'm sorry - but has your team beaten anyone in a dual this year, except Diamond, MO, who only had 6 wrestlers?
You better win a dual before you talk about how you are improving.
Columbus-64, Pittsburg-6

Nanook, get a clue, and know something about wrestling history in Kansas. Zahm wrestlers have been around a long time before you were a thought in your daddy's head. They are great supporters of their team and SEK wrestling. Zahm was pointing out that before you talk about how good you are, prove it on the mat. If you prove it on the mat, you won't have to talk about it everyone else will. There should be a great match between Wise and Chenoweth, there are always good matches at SEK. Besides, learn to type and use some of the education you will need when your "glory" days are done.

You know, this "dialogue" about Columbus/Pittsburg is really getting OLD. It's starting to eek of sour grapes. I hope that everyone knows that the Zahm boys are truly excellent wrestlers-they've proven it time and time again. But, these constant references to the score at the dual is getting tiresome. We all know the score and Columbus beat Pittsburg. But, that does not mean that the Pittsburg team is not improving and getting evened out-they are. That one's over-it's time to move on people!

Judging by the content of your posts, I can only imagine the upstanding values you have taught your sons.
Parents like Zahn dad are an embarassment to the wrestling community.
Congrats, Aquinas! Great job, Hat Town! Salyer Rules!

Nanook you really should try to start proving yourself on the mat and quit running your mouth about zahm dad. Not saying that Zahm dad is being completly innocent either. Just cool it. the dual is over Pitt lost. Columbus won. Look ahead to your next tourney

We've got another thread for the Columbus vs Pittsburg hate. Can we keep this one to the subject of the Chanute tournament?

Yes, I think the #135 bracket may be the toughest in this tournament.
