I will wait till the state brackets come out for some of those brackets, for example 145 it may work out however the bracket is set up.

DWALZ, I talked to Tanner last thursday and he said he will be out until Regionals and it was his elbow and not his shoulder.

Thanks lk123 for setting me straight. My old age is catching up to me. But I heard this morning that Schmidt might be out too. Don't know now.

To lzurfluh99 I think you are very close Let’s see how the brackets look at State – Day one Then you pick – I pick and see who is more accurate Bet = one Quarter pounder w/cheese, large fries, and tall Coke, 1 buck extra = Ice cream Ops!! Sorry betting is illegal

To Izurlfhu99 (sorry about the spelling) Anyway, did you forget about Doug Campbell from Hoxie at 160 or do you just think that he doesnt have a chance. Sprigg should have never beaten Campbell at Norton, Campbell just wrestled too high up on sprigg, so there was a lot of reversals. Campbell was really sick that last couple of weekends of the season, and only wrestled to help the team from what Ive heard. I just beleive that he has a legitmate chance to make it to the finals and if he gets there a even better chance to take the title. He is just that reseleant of a wrestler, and wont let himself or the team down if he gets that chance.

lzurfluh99 maybe you forgot about the norton 103 pounder who has beaten your pick to win the title twice and his only loss to him came when he was verry sick. Maybe you believe that james annon will suffer some sort of severe injury cause he has beaten both your picks to be in the finals twice !!! and pinned orrozco. and about johnson being left out of the finals at 145? you do remember that the only reason that Eazy E is not going for his fouth title is a 1 point loss to a 3 timer (was jones a 3 timer?) and his takedown ratio last year durring his undefeated season was somewhere in the neighborhood of 110-1 (no joke) and there is reason to speculate that he gave up that takedown on purpose so he wouldent have the pressure of maintaining that reccord come finals time, you do realize that he has only given up one takedown this year (i think) and his only loss was to a verry good wrestler when johnson had just returned to wrestling after a string of bad knee injuries. and on top of that, Johnson defated eric leudke at philipsburg, the wrestler that Drennon lost to a Beloit!

and in responce to ufc, sprigg never wrestled cambell at beloit, they wrestled at the norton tourney on january 10th, and if your using the excuse that cambell was sick when he wrestled sprigg back on... Jan 10th and has been sick since then, maybe he should see a doctor, and what are the chances he is going to be fellin beter come state tourney time, wouldent being sick hurt his performance level?

Im sorry bigkneepads, I did mean to say Norton instead of Beloit. But I said that Campbell has been sick the past couple of weeks of the season. That means NWKL and the Phillipsburgh Tourney last weekend. I never said anything about him being sick on January 10th or about him being sick the last couple of months as you are saying and implying. Im just saying that Campbell will beat Sprigg, as he should have the first time.
