Anyone know what happened to Levi Anstine at 130 at the Newton Tourney?

Anstine got 6th. Going up two weight classes is tough for even the best wrestlers.

he weighs 145 or more, I think he got pretty tired of pullin the weight.

That should break his certification. I am not sure what it means as far as where he can wrestle but I know he can NOT wrestle 130 any more. Can he still wrestle 135, or will he have to go all the way up and stay at 140? Also, will he get the 2 pound growth allowance at the new weight he wrestles at?
